Return Eligibility
– Returns are accepted within **7 days** of delivery.
– Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
⚠️ Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To protect both you and us from disputes, **a clear unboxing video is required for all return requests.**
– The video must be recorded **at the time of opening the package** – before the parcel is fully unwrapped.
– It must show the sealed package, the unboxing process, and the condition of the item(s) received.
– Returns or refund claims **will not be accepted without this video.**
This policy applies to all claims including wrong item received, damaged item, or missing item.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Email us at **[your email address]** within 7 days of delivery.
2. Include your **Order ID**, a brief description of the issue, and attach the **unboxing video**.
3. Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.
4. If approved, we will share the return shipping address. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
– Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
– Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within **7–10 business days**.
– Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
– Items returned after the 7-day window
– Items that show signs of use, washing, or damage caused by the customer
– Returns submitted without an unboxing video
